See, frankly speaking, 475 marks are very low to expect a seat at All India Quota counseling level. Also, the cutoffs change every year depending on certain criterias. The category you belong to also plays a major role in getting a seat, which you haven't mentioned in the question. However, let me provide you with the link, to know the cutoffs well and also the college predictor where you can check for the colleges, you can get.
