You are basically in need to know the difference between B.E. and B.Tech . Both the degree are quite same cause both the degrees  graduate students get the same jobs in Engineering field . First of all basic B.tech .i.e. bachelor in technology is a field which deals with more practical knowledge than theory but it depends on college . B.E. .i.e bachelor of Engineering deals with theory slightly more as compared to Practical . Portions are also quite same . Choosing which field doesn't matter getting right college with right knowledge matters for you to get a job not a degree . In some of the country B.Tech degree is not considered. Both the degree is good you just need to learn well theory and practical to be applicable for a job . You can choose any field getting a job depends on you .
