Hello Satyam,

Educational institutions do not debar a student for any reason unless you have not legally abided by any law for which you can be declared a criminal.

If you are aspiring to leave any IIT and join a PSU, go ahead and do it. You won't be blacklisted for this reason.

I ask so , bcz I will be applying through same score card next year for which I would have already declined a offer made. That's why my friend suggested to be on one side IIT or PSUs
