hi. If you have cleared your JEE Mains, you are eligible to appear for the counselling of JoSAA. This counselling procedure includes IIITs, NITs and GFTIs. This counselling procedure does not depend upon your score in JEE advanced. The college you will get also depends on your rank in JEE mains, not advanced.
