Greetings from Careers360. The top 20 percentile is dependent on the year of board examination irrespective of JEE. So, if you are qualified in JEE in 2019, it does not matter for top 20 percentile of 2019 since for you the top 20 percentile will be considered for the year you appeared for your board examination. So, be cool as it doesn't matter in 2019. Good luck :)
