    Yes you are eligible for getting admission in NIT/IIT/IIITs because you fulfil the criteria of being in top 20 percentile.

    Sorry brother you are not eligible under the top 20 percentile criteria as lowest top 20 percentile is 77.6% for PWD and ST category students. So yiu are not eligible but donot loose heart you can apply for improvement next year and try to take your percentage above 75%.
