Dear Kapil, you can always submit fresh choices during 2nd counselling. If you do not submit fresh choices during the choice submission period before the 2nd round of counselling, you will retain the already allotted seat. If you are not allotted any seat from the submitted choices during the round 2 then you will retain your earlier allotted seat. You can this amswer as FAQs at mcc.nic.in

Hello Kapil, No, you can't change the colleges nor their priority order after the 1st round of counseling. You can't add new colleges or remover the colleges you didn't get. The choice filling is locked during seat allocation. O nly in the last spot round, candidates who have not been allocated any seats can change their preference order.
