Based on your marks, it may be difficult to get an MBBS seat in Tamil Nadu under government quota, for which cutoff was above 440 marks for your category.

However, you may be able to get admission for a management seat. Based on last year's cutoff, you may get a management seat at colleges like Sri Muthukumaram Medical College, which had a cutoff of 326 marks, Madha Medical College in Chennai had a cutoff of 335 marks for management seat last year.
