Most commonly regarding the few years cutoff, the minimum marks required for a general category student to get into the colleges you mentioned is between 80 and 85, although the cutoff will raise in round 3. 

So you might have very slim chances in getting the colleges that you want to get in.

It's right that you fall under category but this marks are less to fetch you the mentioned colleges  but still you apply for the same you might get a seat in last rounds of the counselling
