As the percentile mentioned by you your General AIR rank must be between 246089 - 175204. As you have not mentioned your category in which you belong. You have less chances to get admission on this rank. SASTRA university does not give admission on the basis of JEE mains only it also consider the board percent which should be 95+ or minimum 90+. You need to have 100+ of JEE score and 95+ % in 12th as minimum to get into SASTRA under stream 1  You can check more about from the link below:

But as you know cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination.
