Hello Krishna,

There is no option for free exit in Round 2 of All India Quota Counselling. Free exit option is available only in Round 1 of All India Quota Counselling.

If you don't want to go for seat alloted in Round 2 of All India Quota then you cannot get refund of the security deposit amount which you have paid. But you can participate in Round 2 of State Quota Counselling irrespective of you participate in All India Quota Counselling or not or you get seat or not.
