Hello Aspirant,

See through AIQ cut-offs are usually higher than that of state quota so if you are getting any college other than Deemed Universities through AIQ on 435 marks in NEET then to get the same college under state quota you need to score at least 420 marks because there is not much difference between the AIQ and state quota cut-offs.

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of the cut-offs released till now and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
