For both dental as well as MBBS course you are required to attempt NEET extrance exam.

Either you can go with this course or you can give entrance test again to qualify for MBBS.

As this year the score was perfect so cutoff was too high and next year it would be likely to be the same.

According to your interest you meed to prepare.

For government Institution like AIIMS and VMCC  you need to score above 600.
