Yes , you can upgrade to CSE or IT. After getting a good marks in first year you can easily get CSE or IT. If you are interested in CSE or IT then you must take this branch. As these are the most demanding branch. So you must scored good marks. After the result of first year you can apply for CSE or IT in your college premises. If you have good marks that required for CSE or IT then you can get that branch.
