You can prepare for both jee and neet together. And the level of physics chemistry is not same fir neet and jee. 

In fact the level of jee is more tough as compare to neet. 

But by preparing for jee chemistry and physics you can prepare for neet too. 

So focus to solve more and more tough questions of jee mains book.
