If you score 600+ marks in neet ug.. your all india ranking will be around 400-700 and in uttar pradesh it will be around 24-60 depending upont the toughness level of paper..

600/720 may get you a rank under 2000 which is good enough to get you a lot of good medical colleges across the country. It depends upon the level of difficulty of the question paper this year. Your state rank can be anywhere under 200 depending on your state.

See, a lot depends how difficult the question paper is and how well the students perform in the examination.
However 600 marks out of 720 is definitely a good score and keeping in mind the recent stats, you might end up attaining an  AIR between 1k - 2k.
Your rank will definitely be better at the state level since you will be competing only with students belonging to your state.

It will be within 1000 - 1200. You can obviously get a seat in AIQ 15%.

the state rank will only be determined once you register for a particular state as it may vary depending on the number of registartions the state receives.

 

so your state rank will be known only when u apply for the respective state.
