Dear student,

First of all you must mention your home state properly by giving it's full form. Because the short form of AP can be regarded as two different States - ANDHRA PRADESH and ARUNACHAL PRADESH.

Now as have secured 21705 OBC NCL rank in JEE mains 2020 then it is quite impossible for you to get any seat in any of the NITs or iiits if you belong from other state quota. Now if you belong from home state Andhra Pradesh then also you cannot get NIT Andhra Pradesh even with this much OBC category rank. But if you belong from home state arunachal pradesh then you can definitely get NIT Arunachal Pradesh by applying your home state quota. But there is chance that you can get some gfti like Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar etc. But still the chances are very low.

So it's better that you try for some other state colleges for private colleges or you can take part in CSAB round counselling.

You have a fair chance in opting for NIT with your RANK.You may not get CS,IT but can try for other B tech Courses.You can apply in NIT AP.As it is your home state you stand a fair chance of getting into the college with your rank.
