I am sorry, but 'No' you can't aplly for the sliding round. Sliding round is for the candidates who are alloted seats, paid part fees i.e. 40000/- and have not frozen their seats yet. The candidates who are not alloted seats in 3 rounds of counselling are not elligible. This information has been declared in the notice put forward yesterday at the official site.

Sliding round is just for the upgradation of your seats to highly preferred streams.
