If I manage to get seat in BITS HYD in mechanical is there any chance to get into CSE in GOA campus in second year

Hey! Hi.
NO. It is not possible to change the campus after first year. You may change the Branch of Engineering within your own campus that too if your CGPA is as high as to get your desired feild.
