Hello,

Yes definitely after getting another college or branch in 2nd round You will lose the previous option and cannot get it again.

This May happen as you have put the previous option as of low priority than the current option .

So you have only one time chance to avail seats in a particular branch for a particular college,if you get another option then the previous option is lost.
