If u have less marks in board , then u can go for improvement exam if u have one and only one goal of doing jee or bitsat.

According to the eligibility criteria of BITSAT you need to have minimum of 75% in pcm and 60 % in general to get admission in BITs. If you fulfil this criteria you can obviously get admission in BITs with 400 marks.
