If you want to do externship from MAMC then you have to write an application and give reasons to them that why you want to internship at MAMC.You have to provide a NO objection certificate from your passing out college,stating that the college was not derecognized by dental council of india during the course of training from admission to your passing out and the college is fully recognized by dental council of india any time.you have to submit a attested photocopy of marksheet of BDS examination.An undertaking has to be given that student will do internship without any stipend and will deposit training fees,if got selected for internship.For more details visit college website.i hope this information helps you.
