As you mentioned that you are trying to get admission in BSc Physics hons in DU and for same you need to submit your best of four subjects. According to the rules to calculate the best of four subjects:

• Candidate must include marks of the subject in which admission is being sought, means you need to include physics marks (as you are taking admission in Physics hons) otherwise a disadvantage of 2.5% will be applicable to you.
