If you get a seat in spot counselling round and decide to withdraw your admission, you won't get a fee refund, atleast not 100%. You have to check for the specified rules and guidelines for fee refund as stated by the university and withdrawal of admission if done at the earliest may get you some refund of the fees paid.

The cancellation procedure for the spot counselling remains the same. Submit an application about the cancellation following the procedures you will get your amount back in 2-3 weeks and if not then try contacting people in accounts and administrative department of the college in person

Please mention what fee you want to refund, the counseling fee is non-refundable. The fee deposited in the college can be refunded if you withdraw it before a specific date.
