You wait for third allotment list,if you have opted for upgradation you may get upper NLU, problem with you is you made silly mistake, you filled MNLU NAGPUR way ahead,in vacancy seats you may have hidyatullah University Naya Raipur Chhattisgarh, NLU Trichy, NLU RANCHI, DSNLU VISHAKHAPATNAM, MNLU AURANGABAD.

Accroding to the information given in Revised CLAT 2018 Calendar After the closure of the CLAT Office, vacancy if any, in any NLU will be filled by the respective NLUs at their own level from the CLAT list in the order of merit as per the Rules and Regulations of the participating Universities. Here you need to focus on term vacancy if any & CLAT list in the order of merit as per the Rules and Regulations of the participating Universities. You have chances of getting a seat in better NLU but no one can gurantee you that and What if there is no vacant seat in any NLU, in this case you will not get admission in any NLU. I hope it helps.
