You seem to have fair chances for admission in a lower/ middle tier NLU in case any vacancies arise. The Middle tier NLU's vacancies usually fill up till a rank of 2500-3000. A lower tier vacancy fills up till a rank of 4000. But this is only a probability in case a vacancy arises.
