Cutoff mark can not be predicted exactly because it depends upon various factors. Score varies almost every year and differs from one branch to another.It may be vary depending on question paper and cutoff rank. And of course, you will get some advantage for being home state quota and of yours category.

Please note that if the JEE Mains qualifying cutoff marks is like 75, then I have no source from where I can find how many marks you will get. Anyways, it is expected that the cutoffs for this year is 98 for GEN category students.
