To be eligible for counselling  a candidate from unreserved category requires 50th percentile, Unreserved Physically Handicapped (UR-PH) candidate requires 45th percentile and the candidates from all the other categories need 40th percentile. Based on previous year trend you should be eligible for counselling, but getting a seat depends on the number of seats in your state.
