Soumya, your marks cannot be predicted by All India Rank. This is because, you rank in the merit list is determined by your marks, Category, no.of Candidates qualified and tie breaking situations. Every year on an average,Candidates appearing for NEET increase atleast y 1-1.5 lakh. In 2018, 11 lakh students appeared for NEET while in 2019, it was 13 lakh Students.And the highest score in 2019 was 701. We do not know what might be the highest score in 2020 and so assuming marks based on rank and vice versa will be difficult as ranks like cut offs change ever year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
