Hello Aspirant,
Different colleges have different cutoff in getting a seat

The minimum rank you need to get into a government college with cse branch is around 8000-10000

But in your rank you will get btech with cse but it won't be government college, it might be private colleges such as Future Institute of Technology
Haldia Institute of Technology, Adamas University, Academy of Technology etc.
