if person has 61% in 12th and 43% in graduation so how can he get admission in any llb college with less then fee .can he do llb in india ?

The eligibility criteria depends on the college, entrance exam and the category you belong to.There are various National level, state level and University law entrance exam.CLAT is an entrance exam for admission in law courses and the percentage required is 50% for general category candidates and for reserved categories it is 45%.The eligibility criteria varies.You can check the list of law entrance exam here https://law.careers360.com/exams
