jee mains is enough to earn admission in DTU for b.tech courses,no need for jee advanced (jee advanced score is needed only to get admission in ug courses in iit's).for m.tech ,you'll be in need of GATE score.please check the given links:

Yes you can apply for DTU B Tech if you did not qualify jee advance because the basis of admission criteria is the jee mains score. For admission in various B. Tech programs the following two methods are there:

• B.Tech (Regular) admission is based on a valid score in JEE Mains followed by Joint Admission Counselling.
• DTU conducts its own entrance test named Common Entrance Examination (CEE) to offer admission in B.Tech (Evening) & B.Tech (Lateral) programs.
