If there is any negative score in JEE Advanced any subject, will I get chance to get admission in IIEST or NIT with my JEE Mains score/ rank

Ofcourse you can!

JEE Advanced marks are considered only for the admissions in IITs/IISc/IISERs etc. It has nothing to do with the colleges which are taking from mains.

If you have enough rank or percentile in JEE mains you can surely opt for IIEST or any NITs.

But you wont be eligible to get admission to any instutute based on jee advanced marks. Because as you might be knowing that to clear JEE Advanced, apart from the aggregate cutoff there is a subject cutoff too!

Well don't take any tension regarding the same, as you will get chance in NITs irrespective of your negatuive marks in JEE Adcvanced.
