SC quota candidates have reservations in admission seats and are entitled to certain benefits. Now even if you are a SC candidate you have to score some rank that is required to obtain for a SC candidate to get admission in a college. If you fail then some private institutions (not government institutions) have a management quota where you have to pay a certain amount of money to get admission. Hope this helps.
