The cut off for admission in any of the NLUs last year closed at a rank of around 1600. As this is the first time IPU would accept admission based on CLAT scores there are no previous year trends to look up to for a fair estimate. But as there are around 1900 seats offered by IPU in total and 85% if which are reserved for Delhi Candidates so only around 300 seats would be left for All India students. Hence you can expect the cut off for outside Delhi category to be high and close maximum around 3000 rank. Considering which your chances do not seem much.
