Indian Institute of Information Technology, Bhagalpur was established in the year 2017. It offers B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) and Mechatronics Engineering(MeE).

The institute has a good infrastructure from an academic point of view, for CSE Labs there 60 computers with proper connectivity, however it has no campus of its own yet and it is yet in under construction, there are 3 boys and 1 girl hostel and they all have WiFi connectivity and proper water supply.
