I am assuming you are from general category. Based on your overall academic profile, you will need to score atleast 98.5 percentile in CAT to get a call for the next round of IIM Kozhikode.

IIMs are all autonomous bodies and conduct their own specific exam which is CAT (Common Admission Test). They do not consider scores of any other exam, not GMAT too.
If you wish to join IIM Kozhikode, you need to appear in CAT which is exclusively conducted by IIMs for admission in the 19 Indian Institute of Management in India and whose score is considered by most of the other B-SCHOOLS of India as well. CAT is an online 3-hour aptitude test comprising of three sections VA-RC  DI-LR and QA followed by GD-WAT-PI.
Cutoff for IIM Kozhikode was 98.6 percentile for general category, 89 percentile for NC-OBC, 70 percentile for SC/ST/PWD in CAT'16.
