Hello,
According to 2020 ranking of engineering colleges

IIT KHARAGPUR is ranked 4th
IIT INDORE is ranked 12th

Rankwise it can considered. But branches you have chances of getting are different, so comparing 2 branches

Mechanical Engineering- It is one of the best branch, and there is nothing like it is not fit for a girl. What is needed at the time of placement is your knowledge, skill and your performance irrespective of your gender. So if you feel like going with this branch and its subjects then Mechanical Eng. in IIT Kharagpur will be best.
And if you are more interested in Electrical Engineering then you can go for this. In the end you have chances of getting topmost IITs, both the IITs are topmost. So after ranking, you should decide on the basis of your interest.
