BCom isn't offered under CUCET, you can check out the courses offered at https://cucetexam.in/CUCET2020/RecPages/Search01Program16Details.aspx

in case you're also enquiring about Punjab University as you've tagged it, its eligibility is passed 10+2 from a recognized board with 50% aggregate having English as a subject.
