Making prediction is difficult as cut off  marks to get a seat in a medical college is quite difficult but when we go through previous year trends then

With 400 marks your chances for government medical colleges is low.

For example,

In neet 2019 ,  426 for sc category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks  that got an mbbs seat in a government medical college under Telangana  state quota  and it was for GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE, SURYAPET

But yes,

cut  off   marks / rank   for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by students  in neet , toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc.

So ,  you should try to get at least 50 marks  more in comparison of Neet 2019 in your Neet 2021 Examination to be on the safer side, so you should try to get at least around 480 marks.
