Yes Anand definitely you can clear XAT exam irrespective of whether you are an average student or a smart one.


2 years are more than enough time to clear any MBA exam. Time taken by you for getting a very high percentile in any exam depends upon how sincerely you put effort in preparation.


As you have mentioned that you are an average student so I assume that your academic records must also be average but one good thing about XAT and XLRI is that it does not give so much weightage to academic records in the term of selecting a student. So in the end of you score a very high percentile and go through a decent interview and GD in the second round then you can definitely secure your seat not only in XLRI but with good preparation you can also score high in CAT exam and will have a good chance of ending up in some IIM.
