The eligibility for the PG in medical is currently based on the state from where you do your UG. The policy has been discussed various times both in the state and center and thus its eligibility criteria is prone to changes. As per the current norms, you will be eligible for the home state from Karnataka. There has even been a case in supreme court contesting for the students whose class 12 and UG are from different states so that they are protected from the stricter home state eligibility as planned by some states.
