Assuming you belong to the General category, the previous year’s cut off for government medical college in Goa was around 626 marks. So you have bery low chances of getting a government medical college through All India quota in Goa or even any other state.

You can get a seat in goa for mobs. With a score of around 520, you have a chance of securing a seat in government medical colleges in all India quotas based on past trends. The marks you have got in Neet exam i.e.520,and you want you take all India Quota seat in  the States of GOA Government Medical College for a seat in MBBS .But the marks you have got in Neet exam is not sufficient for achieving the AIQ seat in the States of GOA is not possible unless you are  belong to Reserve category Students.TOi achieve AIQ seat Students of General category has to  achieve atleast 600+ marks in Neet UG exam out of 720 marks.
