im final year bsc with phy math and elec...im confused to choose my masters msc or mba...suggest me pls

It depends on which field you have  interest in. You can choose MBA if you want to shift your interest in management sector.
Also if you have to remain in sciences then Msc is the option for you.

You can do Msc in Physics, Maths etc..
Scope in both is different and varies accordingly.

what is actual fees per annum for mba ?

Depends upon the college. It can be anything from 5-15 lakhs.
