Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education has announced the AP-ICET counselling dates. The registration for AP-ICET counselling will begin from 14th August, 2019. Candidates after registration have to attend the certificate verification process in any one of the designated Help Line centres (HLCs) as per the schedule given by APSCHE. So yes, you can go for certificate verification process in East Godavari. Below I have provided the important dates regarding AP-ICET counselling 2019 - 

• Online payment of processing fee for certificate verification : 14th August, 2019.
• Certificate verification process : 16th to 19th August, 2019.
• Schedule for exercising options : 19th to 21st August, 2019.
• Last date to freeze options : 21st August, 2019 till 6:00 P.M. 
• Release of allotment : 23rd August, 2019.
