Cut off varies year to year depending on question standard. As you have scored more than last yr cut off you have chances i thnk.

Cut-off scores vary each year and generally it gets higher each year. However, with your score being more than last year cutoff, you do have chances.
You also have high chances for a seat in KIMS, CIMS.
