You haven't mentioned your Category. In 2019, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 443

OBC: 426

SC: 343

ST: 410

So with a score of 431, if you belong to Reserved Categories, you might have chances. And for GMCs in other States you need to participate through All India Counselling and there the cut offs are even higher.
