Hello Akshay,
I hope you will get a good college. But before decide anything, I want you to know about current situation of employment in our country.
If you are opting for CSE, So it is very necessary that you get a job after completing your B.tech. So considering this Banglore has lot of opportunities for CSE students as it is known as the silicon valley of India.
I m not saying other college is bad or something, just trying give actual situation, what you will face after completing you graduation. For CSE and IT students there not better place than Banglore in India.

I have heard that amritapuri campus is regional and spiritual. Is it true?
And if i choose Bengaluru or amritapuri campus, can i get an upgrade to coimbatore campus? If so, then in which branch?
