Your rank will be between 39000 to 40000. Your 12th percentage is decent but the rank is not that good. Try to give the exam one more time or look for other exams and try to do good in those exams. Look for the areas in which you have got lesser marks and learn those subjects. There are still chances that you will get a university in which some of the courses you can choose.

You will get good marks next time. Don't loose hope.
