You can participate in second counselling.The seat allotment for 1st counselling will be announced on 3rd November, 2019.Make sure that you don't miss those important dates.Kindly visit the official website for any new updates regarding the counselling dates and be ready with all the required documents to be carried.I hope this is helpful to you.
